Refund Policy

1. Deposit

When booking, a deposit is required to confirm your registration. The payment of this deposit binds you and constitutes a firm agreement on your part. It guarantees your place in the program and covers preparation costs for the stay.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Important: any cancellation significantly disrupts the organization of the stay (accommodation bookings, class planning, logistics...). We therefore ask you to think carefully before committing. No refund will be made without a valid supporting document. Force majeure cases: In case of duly justified force majeure (serious health issue with medical certificate, documented visa refusal, death of a close relative), we will study your situation on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate solution (refund or postponement).

3. No-Show

In case of no-show on the program start day without prior cancellation, no refund will be made.

4. Refund Process

For any refund request, please contact us in writing specifying your name, booking date, and reason for your request. Refunds are made using the same payment method used during booking, within 14 business days.
